The difference between the sprays and perfume oils is mainly due to concentration of pure perfume in the fragrance, combined with the additional alcohol elements which may affect the overall performance of the perfume spray.

This difference in potency influences the longevity and projection of the scents. The intensity of performance when it comes to perfume oils is incomparable to its alcohol-mixed spray counterpart. On average our perfume oils last between 10-12 hours, with very good and intensified projection for at least 5 hours.

A good spray usually can last 6-8hours before needing a refresh, with an average projection time of around 2-4 hours. This does not mean the oils have a stronger scent as the smell received is dependent on the ingredients used to make the fragrances.

Whereas edts tend to be sprayed on clothing, perfume oils are usually used directly on skin pulse points. This allows the scents to intertwine with your body’s own chemistry individualising the scent to you. Nonetheless, both can be used wherever you desire.

Lastly perfume oils are much more versatile and can be mixed into some of your other skincare products, if you regard yourself as an apothecarist.

1. Apply after shower to bare skin
2. Apply to pulse points e.g. inner elbow, neck, wrists and back of knee.
3. Ideally do not rub the fragrance in too aggressively as this can cause the ingredients to break down faster. For ideal results “dab and pat”
4. If you have a signature scent, you may choose to line your drawers, wardrobe or even fabric with the scents.
5. Find out what works for you, although we’re not shy about perfume oils and feel the more you use the better – use the amount that works for you. You know your skin best.
6. Perfume oils can also be used in diffuser.
7. Before use if you have any concerns regarding skin problems, consult medical advice before use. Our customers have not reported having problems with our products, but again you know your skin best!

    

After you make your order, we endeavour to despatch the product within 1-2 days. You can then enter your tracking number, to track the delivery process. Depending on your location and the shipping choice you have made, you will then have a better idea of when your delivery will arrive.

UK deliveries are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and should be recived within 2 – 3 working days after you have received your tracking number.

Most deliveries to Europe* are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and should be received within 3 – 5 working days.

*Deliveries to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days Worldwide deliveries are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and should be received within 5 – 7 working days.

Mood Seasons does not know the worldwide taxes, duties and implications for postage to every country. Therefore, the customer is responsible for checking what taxes are in their country, and for payment of any fees or customs charges to bring the product into their country. If these are not paid and the products are returned to Us, the recipient will be held accountable for any losses incurred or charges made to us for this return.
